In the report presented by SPAK for the year 2023, the Assembly commended the results in the fight against organized crime and corruption. The Assembly emphasizes the importance of proactive investigations and the use of advanced investigative techniques to deal with election crimes, which are of particular relevance to the public

The draft includes 10 recommendations of the Assembly for SPAK. Lawmakers demand financial investigations in cases of organized crime, illegal trafficking, terrorism and money laundering, investigations into cryptocurrencies.
