“The Complaints and Sanctions Commission decided to drop the requests no. 43. filed by DP-AC,” rapporteur of CSC, Elvis Cefa, said.

“CSC also dropped the appeal no. 48 submitted by the SMI for election in the region of Korça,” he said.

CSC decided to uphold decision no. 346 of the State Election Commissioner, ” stressed Cefa.

The Democratic Party requested the reversal of the decision no. 346, dated 04.05.2021 “On the approval of the summary table for the result in the electoral zone of Korça region.”

The DP also sought the invalidity of the April 25 elections.

DP requested the rerun of polls in the region of Korça.

While the Socialist Movement for Integration Party, in its complaint, requested the reversal of the decision of the CEC no. 346, dated 04.05.2021 as well as the invalidity of elections in entire region of Korça.
