“Some 600 internship positions are available in public administration and state institutions,” PM Rama wrote.

The internships are part of the National Work Practice Program, which aims to support recent university graduates in gaining professional experience and improving career prospects in the public sector.

Applications, open from June 27 to August 10, are available to graduates with a Bachelor’s degree. The three-month internship period runs from September to December 2025.

Participants will receive training from the Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA), financial compensation, and the chance to earn a one-year employment contract. Up to 250 interns may be offered full-time roles based on performance evaluations and institutional needs.

The initiative is designed to strengthen young people’s professional, academic, and personal development while providing insight into Albania’s public institutions.
