The decision was adopted on the proposal of the defence minister and is based on the Constitution, legislation governing international agreements and the deployment of the Armed Forces abroad, as well as legal acts relating to Albania’s accession to the Board of Peace Charter and its participation in the military operation of the International Stabilization Force in Gaza.

The decision takes effect immediately.
