This conference was organized by the Bank of Albania, in partnership with the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Ibrahimaj said that, “this conference served us as an opportunity to share experiences and insights on fiscal and monetary policy making.”

The minister pointed out that in the face of rising inflation, prudent policies need to be taken.

“As the country is coping with rising inflation rates, it is important to implement prudent policies, which on the one hand address the problems of increased inflation, on the other hand do not set back the sustainable economic growth,” Ibrahimaj said.
