Likewise, about 68.6% of loan portfolio is also used to purchase immovable properties.

The Bank of Albania reported that in the first half of the current year, the real estate market in the capital marked an active loan portfolio value of about 95 billion lekë.

Experts say that the growing figures show that the volume of financing in the capital continues to significantly dominate the real estate market.
