The Ministry of Finance and Economy and the International Labour Organization (ILO) are cooperating on the wage system reform and determination of the minimum wage in Albania, social dialogue and the resolution mechanisms in respect of collective labour disputes, safety and health at work, as well as on enforcement of ILO Convention 190.

Manjani and ILO Director reaffirmed commitment to continue working together also in skill building, Youth Guarantee and entrepreneurship and enterprise development.

ILO is providing technical assistance to Albanian government through the Decent Work Country Programme for 2023-2026 with the Ministry of Finance and Economy and social partners in the country.
