“Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of the Fierza hydropower plant reconstruction project, regarded as one of the most significant investments in the energy sector,” Minister Malaj stated.

This collaboration has enabled many municipalities across the country to secure impactful infrastructure investments, contributing to poverty reduction and advancing sustainable development in local communities.

This meeting reaffirms the key role of the bilateral cooperation between Albania and Germany in strengthening local capacities and accelerating reforms toward a more inclusive and environmentally sustainable development.
