The Economy Minister Gonxhja said Tuesday that he and his Hungarian counterpart discussed ways to boost economic cooperation and promote financial mechanisms for strategic investments.

Gonxhja said that he and Hungarian Minister Nagy also focused on expertise and innovative programs designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises.

“The meeting, only a few days before Hungary takes over the six-month rotating presidency of the European Council, represents a significant step towards further strengthening Albania-Hungary relations,” the Minister for Economy, Culture and Innovation said in a post on the social media.
