During the event at the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet, titled “Socialist Women and Girls for Albania 2030,” which precedes the launch of May 11 election campaign, Rama highlighted that for a century, hospital centers in Albania had been left to oblivion. Meanwhile, under the socialist administration, “53 hospitals have been built, 10 of which were entirely rebuilt from the ground up, while the remaining 43 were demolished and constructed from scratch.”

Regarding education, the chairman of the Socialist Party said that 450 new schools and kindergartens up to European standards have been constructed. “Not merely European schools, but schools on par with the best in Europe,” said Rama.

The Prime Minister added that efforts are underway to transform QSUNT into a hub of excellence for healthcare in the region.
