The Albanian Power Corporation announced that work is underway for full management of the HPP catchments in the Drin river cascade, keeping at a minimum level for several days the discharges from the gate of Vau i Dejës HPP.

“The total inflows are 2250 m3 / s. The discharges from the gate of Vau i Dejës HPP continue to be 500m3 / s, which does not increase the water level in the lowlands of Shkodra, ” according to KESH.

The lake level of Fierza HPP is 289.94 m from 296 m the maximum level, in Koman HPP the level is 172.94 m from 176 m the maximum level of the lake, while in Vau i Dejes HPP the level is 71.94 m from 76 m the maximum level of the lake.

KESH emphasizes that it is producing power at maximum capacities, guaranteeing the full supply of domestic consumer.
