So we abolished the threshold and set the price at 9.5 lek for all family consumers, ie for the majority of those that until the year of reform in 2015 paid for energy 13.5 lek, the price went down to 9.5 lek for all the majority. Certainly for all those who paid 7.7 through fraud, it increased, while for those who deserved the price of 7.7, we introduced the social shield.”
