Balla said that I am very proud that the regional hospital of Elbasan is one of the three hospitals that have received considerable funding in the last 5 years.

“I am very proud that even the once underinvested municipal hospitals of Librazhd, Gramsh or Peqin have come to attention,” Balla said.
