Accompanied by his wife, Linda Rama, the Prime Minister visited on Friday the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, where he saw up close evidence of a dark period in Japan’s history.

At the end of the visit to the museum, Prime Minister signed the guest of honor book.

“I am honored to be in this place of suffering, pain and unique history, to personally witness, with my spouse and 8-year-old son, what has been a deep wound of humanity that we hope will serve as a lesson for all and forever! Thank you Hiroshima and God bless the wonderful Japanese people! Edi Rama,” Prime Minister Rama wrote.
