In a meeting with the residents of Himara, where he was accompanied by SP candidate for mayor Vangjel Tavo, Rama said that after October, work will get started to sort out the remaining part, which is more difficult, but not impossible.

“All this did not unfold for reasons that have been mentioned. Fabrications to fuel fight and debate, to seize power here to do exactly what they accuse others of doing. They talk about extremist groups, there are no stories of extremists in the political sense. Those who use political extremism weaponize it for material interests”, said Rama.

According to him, “just as there are some areas in Albania, here too the problem lies with property management, in the sense of maps”.

“Just because a large part of the people here do not live permanently and the whole process has been very, very fragmented, the mapping of properties for houses has taken more time. It is very technical”, said Rama.
According to him, the Cadastre has started digitization for Himara.
“I believe that after October we will start the next process little by little and everything will be on the right track. No one should trust the brokers either, because I do not rule out at all that they can speed things up, but at a very high cost”, he added.
