Harxhi emphasized that, “if what the media say about Basha’s brother-in-law that he is a partner with the one who won the 20 billion tender, is true, it is certainly a direct connection, therefore I think that SPAK or the Prosecutor’s Office should investigate.”

“Basha was voted by 30% of the DP membership and those elections were neither elections nor solutions, they were unequal and non-transparent elections and for this reason I have filed to the Court of Tirana a civil lawsuit against the removal from the list of thousands of Democrats who could not run in the June 13 election,” she added. //a.i/

Head of the National Council of the DP Bujar Nishani stated in a press conference that Basha has never refuted such allegations that have appeared even in the media.

Speaking about Chairman Basha, the candidate running for DP Chair Edith Harxhi said that Basha considers himself to be Western, but failed to take any Western-type act and has taken the party hostage.
