In addition to demolition of unauthorized buildings, IKM is also removing the solid waste in order to allow tourism season and legal businesses along coastal areas continue their daily business.

A number of buildings have been pulled down in the coastal towns of Shengjin, Velipoje and Ksamil since the start of the operation.

Once demolition of the illegal structures in coastal areas, the operation will continue in the Protected Areas and along the main national roads throughout the country.
