During the visit, the Head of State reviewed the exhibition, which explores the relationship between individual and collective judgment through contemporary, symbolic and figurative art.

A standout installation in the exhibition presents a surreal collage of wartime figures, family portraits, politicians, Hollywood icons, and Albanian conspiracists. Interspersed with artistic elements like clowns, the work crafts a striking narrative on social perception.

Supported by the Municipality of Tirana and the University of Arts, Helidon Haliti’s ‘Goat Meat’ exhibition was showcased at the FAB Gallery.

This is a rather special gallery located in a building that used to be a military depot in Seferan, Belsh. But, Haliti transformed it into a place where art breathes.

Haliti, who is also the curator of the exhibition, used to paint the portraits while he conducted interviews with characters of the public life on the Albanian Radio-Television.

Following the “Prestanome” exhibition in Tirana, now his portraits are put on display in Belsh.

The exhibition consists of portraits of 63 art personalities, people of the Albanian public and cultural life, who have shared their confessions during the “Between Two Worlds” broadcast on television that was conducted by the painter himself. The characters bring to the collective memory their life and creation before and after the ’90-ies. /j.p/p.s./

Friends from the world of art and family of the great master Haliti, were present today to follow his decoration, as well as to share together the emotions of a well-deserved appreciation, dedicated to his work as a legacy left to young people.

The artist Helidon Haliti is one of our most popular artists and his contribution has been honored with important awards in Albania and abroad. He has been appreciated for a great contribution mainly in the 15 years of his stay in Greece, in the organization of various exhibitions as well as the presentation of Albanian art and culture in the Hellenic state.

With his return to Albania, it is worth noting that the artist Helidon Haliti has a wide contribution of 17 years.

Haliti is among the most important names of contemporary Albanian art, an artist very well-known for his art both in Albania and abroad, participant in many biennials and international exhibitions, over 5 personal exhibitions, honored with high awards in and outside Albania.
