Vata/ The Special Court for Corruption and Organized Crime has sentenced on Friday to 8 years in prison Reshat Radhima, member of the Habilaj syndicate, who faces the charges of narcotics trafficking and participation in structured criminal group.

The Special Court for Corruption and Organized Crime has founded the defendant Reshat Rashima guilty of committing the criminal offense of “Cultivation of narcotic plants committed in the form of a structured criminal group”, provided in Article 284/1, 334 / 1 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 8 years in prison.

Radhima was part of the Habilaj group involved in cultivation and trafficking of narcotics and was arrested on April 17, 2019.
