The event offered an open stage for the public and numerous music lovers, who followed the artistic performance up close.

The concert, titled “Guitars of Korça” and led by Nuçiel Doko, a guitar teacher at the “Tefta Tashko Koço” music school in Korça, was conceived as a tribute to the city’s musical heritage, recalling a time when guitars accompanied festive evenings and heartfelt songs were sung in every corner of the southeastern Albanian city.

Around 40 guitars played simultaneously, creating a distinctive and emotional atmosphere for citizens and visitors attending the concert.

“Guitars of Korça” brought together the voices of young performers and the memories of veteran serenade singers, highlighting Korça’s musical identity and the importance of preserving this treasured cultural tradition.
