Minister of Tourism and Environment, Mirela Kumbaro, on Friday handed over the agritourism certificate to the owner of the “Guesthouse of Hasan Bey”.

Kumbaro said that the “Guesthouse of Hasan Bey” is the best stop for travelers coming down to the south of the country and I am very pleased to hand over the agritourism certificate to Shpëtim for the good work done over the years, who invested and believed in agritourism, local products, the residents of the area and now has expanded the business with another guesthouse in Tirana.”

“For years, this agritourism has been an open door offering the best of Mamaliaj hospitality featuring fantastic recipes and dishes, a bounty of everything,” said Kumbaro.
Kumbaro said that “these certificates entitle you to lower VAT, incentives and support from the government”.

Support for agritourism has encouraged investors to build accommodation structures for visitors, who, together with nature, can now also savor traditional foods.
