TIRANA, April  18 /ATA/ The Agricultural Cooperation Association “Grames”, in Plug of Lushnja, is one of the farms financed by the IPARD II program for the growing of vegetables in greenhouses.

The Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development announces that this farm, equipped with new cultivation techniques, with a specialized heating and irrigation system, has a planted area of ​​2.5 ha.

Farmers bring competitive products throughout the year and guarantee their sale through collection points.

The connection between farmers and collection points plays an important role in preservation of product under the right conditions and orientation towards export.

Through such investments, ARDA aims to improve production standards, increase the number of employees and boost  the rural economy.
