Gonzato said that, “as Albania moves forward in the EU integration process, the Committee for Legal Affairs plays an important role.”

“In my meeting yesterday with the Chair Klotilda Bushka and the Deputy Chair Dhurata Çupi, we agreed on the importance of ensuring that all draft laws considered by the Assembly are in line with EU legislation and standards”, he underlined.
“We also emphasized the need to prepare the Parliament of Albania for the challenge of EU accession negotiations,” the EU ambassador said in a post on his social media account.
