This agency specializes in international trade, foreign market expansion and foreign investment support, with state capital (consisting of EXIM Bank (State Project Financier) and MEHIB (State Export Credit Insurance Company).

In a post on social media, Minister Gonxhja said that “in this institution, with a vast experience of more than 30 years, we saw an approach committed to supporting Hungarian businesses and dedicated to innovation and sustainable development.”

“With specialized services in financing and credit insurance, as well as investment funds, EXIM Hungary has served as a financial engine for the success of Hungarian exporters,” said Gonxhja.
Gonxhja said that “the meeting serves to gain knowhow about the application of such practices in Albania, as well as bring our institutions closer to powerful synergies to help increase investments and economic cooperation between the two countries”.
Earlier, Minister Gonxhja met with the Minister of National Economy of Hungary, Márton Nagy, as well as with representatives of the Hungarian Development Bank (MFB), a bank with state capital.
