Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, Blendi Gonxhja, together with Minister of State for Entrepreneurship and Business Climate, Delina Ibrahimaj, and directors from NAES, NAIS, MoI and MEFA, held a meeting on Thursday to address the challenges related to the process of application and approval of single work permits in Albania.

After a hectic agenda of meetings to take on board the suggestions of businesses and employers, Gonxhja informed that important initiatives have been taken to facilitate the process of single permits.

“Improvements in the application of the online system will be accessible to businesses within the month of June. We enhance the efficiency to ensure a mutual dialogue between the public and private sectors,” Gonxhja said.
The electronic service “Application for a single permit” enables foreign citizens, seeking to stay and work in the territory of the Republic of Albania, to apply for a single permit in the Republic of Albania.
