During an open meeting with the applicants of the “The MP We Want” platform, PM Rama highlighted the changes that the country has undergone under the governance of the SP.

“When I came to the head of the SP, we started a process at a different time, under different conditions, with other means. At that time, there were no social networks and in fact we started a generational change that occupied the main place at the entire decision-making level of the SP”, said Rama.

He recalled that the SP which won the 2013 elections was a party that came with the power of that generation of change.

“That generation has been a dominant for all these years for the SP. Of course, the SP of 2013 had many young men and women who, for the sake of truth, were lucky enough to build their “muscles” in the opposition. Meanwhile, for the SP of 2030, the challenge is to change the generation while we are in government,” added Rama.

The prime minister emphasized that, “The party that has won every election since 2013 is a party that has done a great deal for this country.”

But at present, the prime minister emphasized that, “We are not evaluated by where we were, but by where we want to be in 2030”.

“That’s why we need an even greater energy, a SP that is a reflection of the ambition not just of ourselves, but of society, of the vast majority of society for Albania. We need a party that is a reflection of all the forces of progress in society. The forces of progress embodied in the face, the name, the voice, the mind, the heart, the soul of all those individuals who are part of these entrepreneurial forces, of the university world, of civil society, of the working forces in the countryside. These are a significant part are the supporting forces of the SP”, added Rama. /a.f/p.s./
