Agriculture Minister said that Albania will benefit from the successful German model of farmers working together and integration of modern technologies in agriculture, adding this model would help Albanian agriculture meet the European Union standards.

“A new stage of trade exchanges between Albania and Germany was the focus of meeting between Germany’s Federal Minister of Food and Agriculture, Cem Özdemir. Not only will we benefit from Germany’s successful model of collective farms and integration of modern technologies, but we will standardize Albanian agriculture with that of European Union member states,” Agriculture Minister Denaj said.

Experts from both countries – she went on saying – will enhance cooperation and commitment to boost Albania’s institutional capacities in a bid to improve services to farmers.
