During the period from January to November, fruit and vegetable exports increased by 27% compared to the previous year.

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Anila Denaj, announced that Albanian products are increasingly expanding in foreign markets, reflecting growth in quality and the empowerment of local farmers.

According to her, during the first 11 months of this year, 259,228 tons of fruits and vegetables were exported. In terms of value, they amount to 16.2 billion lek.
Denaj stated that incentive policies will continue for all workers, aiming towards the government’s goal of reaching 1 billion dollars in exports by 2030. /j.p/sm/
