Roshi appeared at SPAK’s offices in Tirana on Monday, where he was formally informed of the abuse of office charges.

Former Mayor was referred by the Supreme State Audit in 2017, that uncovered violations in urban planning and contracting, resulting in an estimated 12.245.635 lek in financial damage.

Speaking to reporters outside SPAK’s building, Roshi said he appeared at the anti-corruption body for “routine actions,” saying no charges had been filed against him.
