Tourists from Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, England, the Czech Republic and the Dominican Republic said they were impressed by the city’s hospitality, pleasant weather and overall holiday experience.

The Media and Information Agency (MIA) shared comments from several foreign visitors, who highlighted the quality of the beach, the friendliness of local residents and the value offered by services in Durrës.

“I have had very beautiful days in Durrës. The weather is great, I like the beach and the people are very friendly,” one visitor said.

A Dutch tourist visiting with his family described Durrës beach as spacious and relaxing, noting that despite the high temperatures, the coastal environment offered an enjoyable experience.

Visitors from Italy also praised the accessibility of the beach and the welcoming atmosphere of the city. “A beautiful place, wonderful and very kind people. We are having a great time,” one Italian tourist said.

A visitor from the Dominican Republic described Durrës as a pleasant seaside city, adding that he had encountered very friendly people throughout his stay in Albania.

Rayan, a tourist from London, said Albania’s warm climate and hospitality make it an ideal destination, particularly for travellers coming from countries with cooler weather.

Tourists from the Czech Republic highlighted not only the city’s natural attractions but also the reasonable prices and willingness of local residents to assist visitors.

Many foreign visitors said that food, drinks and other services offered good value for money, considering Albania a destination with a favourable balance between quality and cost.

Several tourists said they would recommend Albania to friends and family, while many expressed their intention to return in the future.
