Standardized formats will be used for the 2023 annual reporting.

In addition, the Commissioner also approved today the procedures and rules for the observation of elections by Albanian and foreign non-governmental organizations, international organizations, representatives of foreign countries and the media.

“The decision highlights the role and importance of election observers, at every stage of the process where they are accredited. The accreditation procedures, the rights and duties of the observers, as well as the overall rules of election observation, enable the professional fulfillment of the task on their part”, reads a press release of the Central Election Commission. /j.p/p.s./
