Meanwhile, by July 31, entities must submit financial statements online.

The National Business Center (NBC) has recently reminded entities that based on the Law “On Business Registration”, as amended, entities must register and file annual financial statements, activity progress report, and audit report according to legal requirements, in cases when the keeping of these documents is mandatory, no later than 7 months from the date of closing of each financial year, otherwise an administrative fine of 15.000 ALL is applied.

The deadline for submission of these documents is July 31, 2021. The submission of financial statements in Excel format, is carried out via government portal e-Albania.  //a.i/
