In a televised interview, Felaj said that designation of Berisha as ineligible to travel to the US was quite clear because he is charged with abuse of power, embezzlement of public funding and corruption.

“I see the opposition as an asset, therefore it should distance itself from the figure of Berisha and his conduct, because this is in its best interests and of the country. The decision of US Department of State is a signal for anyone vested with responsibility,” Felaj said.
