Rama said in the ceremony of handing over the keys to the beneficiary families that the process had to address plenty of property problems, such as overlapping.

“You will get them for free and way better in construction quality than before. They are your property. You will administer them, you will rent them out, you will sell them, you owe nothing to the state,” said Rama.

PM also accompanied one of the beneficiary families to their new apartment. “It’s a perfect job by all of you,” the head of the family said to him.
While inspecting the new apartments, PM Rama was informed about the progress of construction on the housing units that are being rebuilt in the municipality of Vora, after the November 26, 2019 earthquake.

“There are 51 housing units here in Marikaj. Almost everyone has moved into their homes,” Mayor Shera said.

Prime Minister Edi Rama received a thank-you certificate crafted by a girl from the beneficiary families as a token of gratitude. Taking a closer look at the surrounding premises, Rama also suggested investments in lighting system, benches and playgrounds.
