“Today we approve the relocation plan, which is about 24 residential structures with ownership certificates belonging to 26 families, the other 211 structures are on the land of the municipality. They are on our land, but we will not get them evicted. We are telling them: “Let us build the houses properly, so that you are not flooded out by Lana, and enjoy the fact that you live close to a super boulevard, which meets “Bajram Curri” and “Gjergj Fishta” boulevards. We will not leave them homeless, they will get compensated for as much as they have, but we will continue to urbanize Tirana. There are 9 structures still in the process of verification and 71 plots of land, some smaller and some larger,” said Veliaj.

The mayor underlined that the work in the city will continue, even though the saboteurs will continue to stand in our way.
