Present at the round table organized in Tirana by the High Judicial Council for the launch of the new strategy for reducing the case backlog in the courts 2024-2027, the official of the Council of Europe said that the justice institutions should use more efficiently the tools at their disposal.

“Throughout the years, our assistance has been at the service of court users, our partners and especially domestic courts and new justice institutions in order for them to deliver quality justice to the citizens,” Re said.

“I thank the HJC for the cooperation in priority areas of judicial reform and in other complex processes, such as the proposal for the judicial map in line with the indicators of the European Commission for the Efficiency in Justice in the Council of Europe (CEPEJ) and for the electronic case management system,” Re said.
