Rama addressed on Wednesday the regional conference on “Accelerating Child Care Reforms towards European Union Membership,” which was held in Tirana with the participation of representatives from the Western Balkans countries: Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Kosovo.
The Prime Minister appreciated the fact that such an event, centered around the European Guarantee for Children, is being held here in Tirana.
“European Guarantee for Children is an initiative of the European Union that, on its own, would be enough to provide a meaningful answer to all those who ask what the EU is for,” said Rama.

The Prime Minister highlighted that suffice it to look at the European Guarantee for Children program to grasp the significance of being united within the European family and the profound sense of solidarity that exists within it through the European Guarantee for Children.

“The European Guarantee for Children is intended to safeguard children’s rights and prioritize them in everyday life.
