The Institute of Statistics published the report “Foreign Enterprises in Albania 2018-2020”, according to which, in the Albanian economy, foreign and joint ventures from the European Union predominate in activities: services 24.0%, trade 13, 8% and industry 10.8%.

While in the total of foreign companies operating in our country Italian ones come first with 48.0% of employment and 21.2% of net sales.

Also, the data show that foreign and joint ventures are mainly concentrated in the regions of Tirana and Durres, with over 70%.
