In regard to question on the language spoken at home, the people who use Albanian is in the same percentage as the people who declared themselves of Albanian ethnic belonging, i.e. 91.1%.

About 66.9% of the population declared that they follow a specific religion, according to the predefined categories in the Census.

The data collected on the ethnic-cultural characteristics of the population are important for understanding the cultural diversity and identity in the country. This information is very important for Albania, especially in context of the development of integration, equality and minority policies.
