Minister of Education and Sports Evis Kushi met with Dr. Georgică Panfil, Coordinator of the European Doctoral School for the Common Security and Defense Policy of the EU and Accredited Ambassador of Spain, HE Alvaro Renedo Zalba.

Kushi said that, “During the meeting we discussed the possibility of Albania’s membership in this prestigious EU institution, as well as the opening of a joint doctoral program, which will help further increase the quality of our universities”.

This institution is part of the initiative launched in 2017 by voluntary institutions and the ESDC to provide support for doctoral research on the Common Security and Defense Policy (CSDP- Common Security and Defense Policy) in the EU, with the objective of creating a critical group in scientific and academic expertise, as well as promoting the exchange of knowledge, skills and competences for European security and defense./k.s/p.s./
