President of the Republic conveyed gratitude to the European Parliament for ongoing commitment and consistent support in the enlargement process, highlighting its importance in maintaining the credibility and momentum of Albania’s integration.

President Begaj shared his perspectives with the rapporteur on the current developments, the progress of reforms, and the concrete steps taken toward integration.

The President expressed confidence that the forthcoming European Parliament resolution on the 2025 progress report will provide an objective reflection of both the achievements and the remaining challenges, while reaffirming Albania’s steadfast commitment to European values, the rule of law, and democracy.
