The European Union delegation in Tirana announced on Wednesday that last week the EU-funded TWIST project announced the winning ideas.
Two social enterprises in confiscated assets from organized crime, three newly established ones and five existing ones will empower marginalized groups through vocational skills, social integration.

Building up on the success of the CAUSE project, TWIST offers a model of reusing confiscated assets for public and social purposes, according to EU delegation office in Albania.
