Director of the National Agency for Information Society (NAIS), Linda Karçanaj announced that citizens and businesses were saved 106 days of waiting time thanks to the online in e-Albania portal.

“To obtain certificate of enforcement obligations, citizens used to queue for hours, pay fees and waste time. At the beginning of 2020, the service was provided online via e-Albania. In 2020, 10,198 citizens and businesses received via e-Albania platform the electronic stamp certificate, who are not debtors in the State Judicial Bailiff Service. 17.3 million ALL have been saved in the pockets of citizens by removing the tariff of 200 ALL and 106 days of waiting time have been saved thanks to the e-Albania service,” Karçanaj said. //a.i/
