If the price of energy from 52 euros per megawatt-hour last year, is today 550 euros, we will need an extra 640 million dollars by the end of the year. There is a Eurobond to protect families and small business,” Rama said.
According to him, “it is true that we have an extra burden on the oil price structure that others do not have, so the price of oil is high,” but on the other hand other countries do not have the fiscal incentives that Albania has.
