“After the signing of the contract, the preparatory process on the implementation of the electronic identification of voters system is due to begin,” CEC announces.

The Central Election Commission (CEC) completed on January 14, 2021 the bid evaluation phase and technical solution, submitted by the economic operator “Smartmatic International Holding BV” participant in the procurement procedure under “Information technology systems/equipment for electronic identification of voters and their post-election verification.

The Bid Evaluation Commission after reviewing the documentation, economic bid and technical solution decided to qualify the bid submitted by Smartmatic International Holding B. V Company. //a.i/
