Berisha said that the May 11 electoral fraud included the use of all tools, including one of those widely used by Putin and Lukashenko, otherwise known as the Bulgarian train.”

Berisha published a video claiming that the “vote-rigging method has been used via the Bulgarian train.”

Berisha stated that “there is no explanation for a completed and stamped ballot paper taken out of the polling station, except for what’s known as the ‘Bulgarian train’ scheme.”

Berisha added that “this voting center is located in Elbasan, in a village in Elbasan, whose name is in other documents that we will send to you.”
According to Berisha, the case should be investigated, adding that the chief prosecutor of SPAK “is a co-perpetrator in the crime of electoral fraud.”
