Addressing his supporters and local residents in the southern Albanian town of Himara, PM Rama stated that “the Socialist Party’s target is to secure the most spectacular victory of all nine consecutive election victories in the next year’s polls.”

“We know the election result because of the findings of the surveys. We have conducted our public polls here in Himara and we somehow know the election result,” PM Rama said at meeting, also attended by Vangjel Tavo, the Socialist candidate in the partial mayoral elections in the coastal municipality due to be held on Sunday.

“Our electoral machinery is a modern one, because our party is well organized and coordinated. We have the potential for a landslide victory and our objective is to secure the most spectacular victory of all nine consecutive election wins,” he stated.
