In a televised interview, Rama commented on today’s event in Elbasan, which resulted in one person killed and 4 others wounded.

“My comment is that all citizens should imagine as if this event had played out in the opposite direction. Imagine if vans similar to police vehicles had arrived in any city with a paramilitary structure composed of former police officers and with the SP logo on them, imagine if they stopped people on the street and asked explanations from them, or imagine them move up and down provoking an absolutely inconceivable situation. Then imagine that the vans bearing the SP logo with paramilitary structures open fire resulting in one person killed and a police officer wounded while Taulant Balla holds a speech near the dead body pointing the finger of blame at the other party. Imagine him take the perpetrator and get away, ” said Rama.

“The panorama is all that matters, every detail and other aspect of this event must be investigated by justice, the State Police, the Prosecution. It is such a shocking event that lays bare the great despair to the point that goes beyond imagination,” said Rama.
