The Minister of Finance, Petrit Malaj, announced that investments will continue to ensure more modern schools, upgraded sports facilities, and new laboratories for students.

According to him, the 2025 state budget has allocated €28 million for investments in educational infrastructure across all municipalities in the country.

“Currently, 90 projects are being implemented, including the construction and rehabilitation of sports facilities, as well as the repair and construction of school buildings at all levels of basic, general, and vocational education,” said Malaj.

Of these, 9 projects focus on the construction and rehabilitation of sports facilities, 36 target basic education, 33 are dedicated to general education, and 12 projects to vocational education — all aiming to modernize and improve teaching conditions in schools across the country. /j.p/sm/
