According to the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the preliminary performance of the consolidated fiscal indicators for the 7-month period (January – July 2021) reflects the performance of revenue collection and realization of expenditures.

Total revenues for the 7-month period of 2021 recorded 102% of the 7-month plan.
While the general public expenditures, for the 7 months of 2021, recorded 96.4% of the plan of the period.

In line with budget forecasts and macroeconomic indicators, the deficit level in the seventh month of 2021 was about ALL 29.9 billion.

These data show that economy is bouncing back during this year.

Meanwhile, international financial institutions, such as the IMF or the S&P Agency, in their early August review confirmed for Albania the current rating in “B +”, as well as a “stable” perspective.
